A better buying experience from start to close.
Because buying a house shouldn’t make you want to run away from home…
Finding a home isn't just about square footage or the number of bedrooms. It's about finding a place that fits your lifestyle, where you can grow, thrive, and build memories. As a CDA/Spokane native, I bring an insider's understanding of the city's neighborhoods, schools, and amenities. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, upgrading to a larger property, or seeking a chic urban condo, I'll help you navigate the local real estate market to find the perfect match for your needs and dreams.
What you can expect
-
This is a free, no-obligation opportunity for a crash course (or refresher) in the homebuying process and to talk strategy with someone well-versed in the local housing market.
-
Talk to a few local lenders to compare rates and see how much house you can afford. I would be happy to send you a few referrals.
-
What are your biggest priorities when it comes to your new home? School district? Neighborhood? Square footage? Let’s talk about it. Once I have a clear idea of what you’re looking for, I can go out and find it.
Not sure where to start? I have a fabulous worksheet in my homebuyer’s guide to help organize your must-haves.
-
I’ll comb through hundreds of listings and present 3-5 that best align with your wishlist. We’ll tour them together and adjust our search with your feedback.
-
We toured it, you loved it, and now you want to make it yours. This is what house-hunting dreams are made of.
I’ll explain the different elements of the contract like a human being (biz blab gives me the ick) and will put in the extra time to draft an offer so good that it floats to the top of the pile.
-
Once we’re done celebrating, we’ll talk over our options to have your future home inspected.
-
We’ll get a few bids from local construction companies to get a sense of how much the inspector-recommended repairs will run. Armed with these numbers, I’ll work with the seller’s agent to strategize a plan to put you in the best possible financial position.
-
Time to find out the market value of your home-to-be! This will help your lender firm up the numbers on your interest rate, required down payment, and final loan approval.
-
You’ll meet with a title company to sign all the documents transferring the ownership to you. Once your bank releases the funds to the title company, the keys will be in your hand.
