Hi, I’m Morgen! Welcome to the neighborhood. 

If you don’t want to be sold on why the Coeur d’Alene-Spokane area is the best place on earth, you should probably stop reading now. 

Mountains, lakes, and dreamy forests? We got ‘em. World-class breweries and restaurants? There’s not a bad bite or brew to be found. Architecture oozing with charm? Hand-to-heart, this place is like a HallmarkⓇ movie. 

I was born and raised here, moved away in a stroke of insanity, and quickly came back after realizing what a horrible mistake I had made. Now, I’m proud to share the place I call home with my husband, Riley, and the (in my incredibly biased opinion) cutest son in the world, Cove. 

I love where I live and want that for you, too. That’s why I left a successful career in tech sales to try my hand at matching people with the homes of their dreams. 

Well, that and the fact that after moving 10+ times, I’ve become somewhat of an expert on relocating, and it wouldn’t be fair to keep this knowledge to myself.
